Refund policy
If, for any reason, you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help make it right!
HONEYDEW has a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit in the amount of your purchase value. Please note that HONEYDEW does not issue refunds, and this policy does not apply to discounted items.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or return, you can contact us at hello@thehoneydewlounge.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item for exchange or store credit, and let you know if the return is approved. If approved, you’ll either immediately be issued a store credit via email, or shipped your newly exchanged package within 2 business days.
